Fusion Casement With Funky Junk and My Patch Of Blue Sky

Have you caught the fever yet?

This is the third installment of Fusion Fever.....
Fusion Mineral Paint fever that is.

Things are really heating up with two projects from Fusion Mineral Paint in Casement.

Fusion Mineral Paint, Casement Funky Junk, My Patch Of Blue Sky, Bliss-ranch.com
I've gone through my fair share of the neutral warm white that is Casement.  In fact it is such a go-to shade of mine that I panic if my jar starts to get low.

Debbie from My Patch Of Blue Sky painted a cabinet in Fusion Casement, but it's not just the paint that emits a warm feeling.

Her post is a sweet read about her families christening gown ensemble.  An old cabinet and an old gown, the memories they both must hold.

Debbie isn't just a talented furniture painter, she offers workshops, sells bangles and baubles, and has an Etsy shop with art and photography for sale.

You might be surprised at her shop if you are looking for painted furniture...Debbie offers cute watercolor portraits of your pet.  All the links are on her blog page (link at end of post), so check them out.

If you've spent any time at all looking around the internet at pictures of signs or junk, I have no doubt you have seen projects by Donna from Funky Junk.

Donna re-purposes cast off finds like no body's business.  She can turn a nothing, into quite a something, for a one of a kind useful treasure.

And when she gets going on a project there is no telling what she might end up with.  Case in point..... her potting shed bench and sign.

You'll have to stop over at her blog to see more photos of her shed and bench, and how this side of it looked before she turned it into a spot to garden.

While you are visiting Funky Junk, pay particular attention to the link on the side of Donna's blog that takes you to her line of Old Sign Stencils.  Her stencils will help you make a potting shed sign, but planting your garden will be up to you!

Click the links below to see the before and after of the above projects,
and while you're there cruise around and take in all the other inspiration
you will find from Debbie and Donna.

  11. Sold on the color Casement!! Stunning color indoors and out. Although, Donna and Debbie are both so talented they might be able to persuade us to use just about any color. ;D
