Fusion Mineral Paint Grays

Fall is approaching, kids are back to school, and I told you that my fever for all things Fusion Mineral Paint wasn't going to end just because summer was coming to a close.

Today I'm showcasing two more bloggers and their Fusion painted projects.

My hot summer fever might be cooling off, but my temperature goes right back up when I see what my fellow painters create.

Melanie from Lost And Found Decor is a furniture flipper who sells her updated finds, and she has written an ebook to give you some tricks of the trade.   She is also a retailer for the complete Fusion Mineral Paint line, so if you want to give anything a try, stop in and chat with her using the link at the bottom of this post.

Baby Changing Dresser Lost and Found Decor Little Lamb Tones For Tots

Using Little Lamb in the Tones For Tots line of Fusion, Melanie took the above project from an old falling apart piece of furniture to a changed and dressed up better version of itself.

I've used Little Lamb and for me it's the perfect gray.  Not too dark, not too light and it's warm, not stark and cold.  Like Lost and Found Decor, I too used Little Lamb on a changing table for baby.  Having a convenient place to change a new bundle almost makes the task at hand fun.  I said almost!

Dresser Redo So Much Better With Age Fusion Linen

Jamie from So Much Better With Age described the before of the dresser above as an Ugly Bird.  You'll have to stop in at her blog to see the before, but... well.... I guess I agree with her!

The dresser certainly isn't an ugly bird anymore - Jamie used Fusion "Linen" from the Michael Penney designer line as the base for the redo.  Linen is a warm gray that to me has sort of a greige coloring.  It's another shade that I like to use in my home - not too gray, with just that hint of beige.

Believe me when I say you will love snooping around at So Much Better With Age - click on the house tours link and spend some time admiring the beautiful rooms Jamie has created.

I also want to show you a dresser redo from Lisa at Recreated Designs.

Lisa is another one of those bloggers who not only loves Fusion paints, but she also has an Etsy shop where she sells her designs.

On the dresser above she used a lighter gray from Fusion, this one is called Sterling.  I have used sterling for signs many times, and it works particularly well for me when I need a base that isn't quite white and has no beige tone to it.

At the links below you can find everything you need to know about Melanie from Lost and Found Decor, Jamie of So Much Better With Age, and Lisa from Recreated Designs.

  1. thanks for sharing the links and featuring the paint. Just bought the brand in white a few days ago (Casement) and this inspired me to get to it. Also, took the house tour of So Much Better With Age and got lost for two hours!

  2. Gray, grey, greige my favorite neutral color. These are all so pretty and I love that they could be worked into so many color schemes.

  3. I need to check out the little lamb colors more closely. It's only a few more weeks before we know the gender of #2.
